What clients have said:
"...more than a massage, it's an experience!"
"I benefitted greatly from the work you do and have been thinking so differently about my shoulder and arm."

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
A gentle, hands on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improv whole-body health and performance. Practitioners tune in, witness and support the release of restrictions in the soft tissues and fluids that surround the central nervous system. By normalizing the environment around the brain and spinal cord and enhancing the body's ability to self-correct, CST can alleviate a wide variety of concerns, from chronic pain and sports injuries to neurological impairment, headaches, and TMJ. Sharon received her Certificate in Craniosacral Therapy from the Heartwood Institute of Integrated Medicine in 2020 and engages in this subtle dance with her clients, trusting the body to heal itself in its own time.

SOMATICS
Soma=“the body as perceived from within.” Based on the mind/body awareness approach of Somatic pioneers Rudolph Laban and Irmgard Bartenieff, who drew from many Eastern and Western philosophies and body practices as well as physical therapy and dance therapy, these are therapeutic sessions with hands-on movement techniques and simple sequences for neuromuscular re-education that:
· Complements many healing modalities
· Supports injury recovery and movement re-patterning
· Relieves pain, tension, stress and facilitates a re-connection to self
· Improves flexibility, coordination, core strength, energy and mobility
Sharon has been embodying, learning and practicing Somatics studies for over 30 years.
